今夏以來，大量阿富汗與伊拉克難民湧入波蘭邊境，試圖經白俄羅斯進入歐盟，有西方國家指此為白俄總統盧卡申科的計謀（ploy），計畫以難民亂象逼迫歐盟取消制裁。然而此舉不但失敗，更傳歐盟將再祭新制裁，無家可歸的難民，成為政治角力犧牲品。
