路跑有多紅？光是2015年元旦，全台從南到北一共舉辦6場路跑，打破歷年紀錄，受歡迎程度可見一斑。近年來，路跑、自行車，甚至鐵人3項幾乎成為全球的「全民運動」，尤其是門檻最低的路跑，連文質彬彬的文青（hipster）、足不出戶的阿宅和氣質甜美的正妹都忍不住跳進來湊熱鬧啦！
