Hi, these are the things that we only find in Taiwan.

你好！這些都是只有台灣才有的東西

（日本1）

日本沒有溫的飲料，只有冰的或者熱的，只有台灣可以去冰
In Japan, there are no mildly warm drinks. Only cold or hot. You can ask for no-ice drinks in Taiwan.

在日本去冰的話，服務員可能給你剩一半的飲料
In Japan, if you don’t want ice in your drink. They won’t fill it up.

然後如果台灣的話，服務員可能會幫你加滿
In Taiwan, they fill up the gap for your drink.

（荷蘭）

In almost every restaurant I’ve been to in Taiwan, at least within my price range.
我在台灣去過的大部份平價餐廳

People don’t come and take your order.
不會有人來幫你點餐

You get a piece of paper, you write down what you want and then you give it to the staff.
你得自己填菜單，然後再拿給店家

（美國）

Themed cafes & restaurants, sexy-cute and people that talk down about Taiwan.
主題咖啡館和餐廳，性感可愛風和唱衰台灣的人

（香港）

花生捲冰淇淋
Like peanuts with ice cream.

還有在街上你會看到很多店在賣檳榔，也是只有台灣才有
You always see a lot of stores that sell betal nuts in Taiwan.

蓮霧也是我非常喜歡的水果，也是只有台灣才可以吃得到
Wax apple is also my favorite Taiwanese fruit, only in Taiwan.

（日本2）

在日本沒有Ubike，也沒有臭豆腐，然後沒有蛋餅、蘿蔔糕加蛋
There is no Ubike in Japan, no stinky tofu, no Chinese omelet, no radish cake with egg.

順便告訴你們，我很喜歡喝豆漿！
By the way, I really like soy milk.

但是在日本，豆漿比牛奶貴，而台灣剛好相反
In Japan, soy milk is more expensive than milk. It’s the opposite in Taiwan.

（美國）

So it’s really weird to me as an American, coming here to go to a country where everyone always talks badly about Taiwan.
對我這個美國人而言，我發現很多台灣人都在講台灣的壞話

You know we have patriotism like we always love America, we love America.
你知道我們都有愛國主義，我們很愛美國

But in Taiwan, everyone always wants to leave Taiwan!
但是在這，好像很多台灣人都想離開！

I have so many Taiwanese friends who just want to go to like Australia or Canada or New Zealand or America or even Singapore.
我有很多朋友都在講，他們想去澳洲、加拿大、紐西蘭、美國或是新加坡

Here I see princess restaurants. I’ve seen the cafes that’s like people dress like maids?!
另外我還看過公主餐廳，也去過女僕餐廳

And I have been to a toilet restaurant, toilet themed food.
還去過「廁所」主題餐廳，有廁所主題相關食物

And you can’t bring animals into restaurants in America. Here I’ve seen birds, I’ve seen dogs, I’ve seen cats.
還有在美國你不可以帶動物進餐廳，在台灣我看過有人帶鳥、帶狗、帶貓！

And then number 3 is what I call sexy-cute.
最後一個就是「性感混可愛」風

In America, you can be sexy, or you can be cute. You don’t be both.
在美國，你可以走性感風，或者你走可愛風，你不會混合這兩種風格

So you can be Victoria’s Secret, or you can be Dora the explorer, but we don’t try to combine both.
要嘛就是「維多利亞祕密」，或是「朵拉大冒險」風格，但你不會混合這兩種！

In Taiwan, it’s like they don’t if they’re trying to do sexy or they’re trying to do cute, so they have like a cute little girl, she won’t be wearing a lot of makeup but you will have her on sexy clothes.
在台灣，我常常看到他們會把可愛的女生搭上很性感的衣服，來結合兩種不同的風格
