「台灣酒駕罰很重？」看看各國酒駕罰多少...法國人：最高新台幣370萬元！

聽說台灣酒駕很嚴重，但其實每個國家都有這個問題：

1.法國

In France, when you get your driver’s license. You have 12points.
在法國，當你拿到駕照的時候，你會得到12點

If you drink between 0.5~0.8g/liter
如果你的血液酒測值在0.5到0.8公克（一公升）之間（=吹氣含的酒測值0.25~0.4毫克（一公升）之間）

They can take away 6 points on your driver’s license.
相關單位可以直接從你駕照扣掉6點

If you have more than 0.8g/liter, you can pay $5,000 euros
如果你的血液酒測值超過0.8公克（=吹氣含的酒測值超過0.4毫克（一公升）之間），你可能要繳到5,000以上的歐元（編按：約新台幣18萬元）

and you can go to jail for 2 years.
還可能面對兩年的刑期

If you kill someone, and you are drunk,
如果你酒駕殺人

you can go to jail for 7 years & the maximum fine is $100,000 euros.
可能面臨七年刑期，最高罰金10萬歐元（編按：約新台幣370萬元）

2.美國

So if you get a DUI in California.
如果你在美國加州酒駕被逮

The first time, you are eligible to be fined between $1,500~$2,000 USD
第一次被抓的話，可能會被罰1,500到2,000美金（編按：約新台幣4.8萬～6.5萬元）

and there’s a 2-day jail sentence, there’s also probation, community service, and you lose your license, you have to reapply for it. That’s the first one.
還有坐牢兩天，有假釋期，要做社區服務、吊銷駕照！然後你要重新申請

And your insurance rates go up by a lot, and it goes on your criminal record.
然後你的保險費馬上變超貴，還會留下犯罪紀錄

Now the second time you get a DUI.
如果你被逮第二次

They can put you in jail anywhere from 10 days to a year.
你可能要被關十天到一年之間

You have to pay a much larger fine.
你必須要付更高的罰金

Worst of all, they force you to put a “ignition interlock device” on your car.
他們會強制在你車上加裝一種特別「引擎發動裝置」

Basically from then on, anytime you want to start your car
那個裝置的用處是，每次當你要開車

You have to blow into a breathalyzer connected to the key hole
你必須要朝這個裝置吹氣（連接在車鑰匙孔）

and if you don’t pass the breathalyzer, you can’t even start your car.
如果你酒測值過高，你根本發動不了車子！

3.俄羅斯

In Russia, it’s not allowed to drink any alcohol before you are driving.
在俄羅斯，開車前完全不可以喝酒

Now the law is very strict.
現在法規非常嚴

For example if policemen catch you driving after drinking
如果警察抓到你喝酒再開車

penalty can be from $3,000~$5,000 USD.
罰金介於3,000到5,000美金之間（編按：約新台幣9.7萬~16萬元）

You can lose your driver’s license for 6 months maybe even for 2 years, but it depends on how much you drink before driving.
你的駕照可能會被吊銷半年，甚至可能到兩年！要看你喝的多醉

Any car accident with death happens, the driver could go to jail for 5~9 years.
酒駕殺人的駕駛可能會坐五到九年的牢

In Russia, the level of death during car accidents is very high.
在俄羅斯，酒駕死亡的比例非常高

4.日本

如果在日本喝酒開車的話，三年以下有期徒刑或50萬日幣以下的罰金（編按：約新台幣13萬元）
If you drink and drive in Japan, you could face 3 years in jail, $500K JPY.

如果喝醉開車的話，五年以下的有期徒刑還是100萬日幣以下的罰金（編按：約新台幣27萬元）
If you drive when you are drunk, 5 years in jail, $1 million JPY fine.

在日本酒測，如果吹氣超過0.25毫克
If your breath contains more than 0.25 mg/liter.

就會扣掉25點
They will deduct 25 points from your license.

在日本只要累積超過25點，三年以內不能開車
In japan, if you are deducted more than 25 points, you can’t drive in 3 years.

如果在日本，我今天找他一起去喝酒，然後最後讓他開車回家的話
In japan, if we drink together, and I let him drive home after drinking.

我也會被罰錢喔！
I will be fined too.
