民主黨誇口富人稅spur經濟

台灣總統大選日近，候選人紛紛端出政見爭取選民；美國也將在明年底選總統，民主黨候選人華倫（Elizabeth Warren）接連推出富人稅、免去學貸等激進政見引爆熱議。支持派宣稱可刺激（spur）經濟發展，反對派則批判拖垮成長。
