校正回歸熱議　backlog是主因

台灣自疫情產生破口，從北部地區向全境擴散後，疫情指揮中心的記者會出現了新名詞「校正回歸」，引發高度關注。指揮官解釋，短短1週累積了超量的採檢案（backlog）造成採檢塞車，校正回歸是回溯過去確診數的時間差。
