武肺還在亂 工廠全面resume難

武漢肺炎肆虐中國，北京下令各地工廠延後至2月中開工，而且要落實隔離檢疫，以至於月底依舊無法全面復工（resume）。世界工廠停滯，美國媒體《華盛頓郵報》提醒全球企業，或許該重新審視投資中國的政策了。

■to resume　恢復
Ａ：As the novel coronavirus outbreak continues, many factories and companies in China have extended the holiday.
（武漢肺炎疫情延燒，中國許多企業、工廠延長年假。）
Ｂ：Yeah, the expectation to resume work soon may be just wishful thinking.
（是啊，預期盡快復工可能只是一廂情願的想法。）

■lockdown　封鎖
Ａ：Life at most major cities are still at standstill due to the lockdown, especially in Hubei.
（封城政策讓很多大城市只能按兵不動，尤其是湖北。）
Ｂ：That leads to a low return rate for employees, which poses some serious threats to the manufacturing industry.
（結果也壓低員工復工率，間接威脅製造業。）
